Tasting Notes: Sourced from New England Beekeepers where bees forage on Maine and New Jersey Blueberries. Harvested after pollination is finished in early September, honey is a light amber color with a bolt of blue and has a smooth, buttery texture on the tongue with flavor that oozes sweet blueberries.
Pairings: drizzle on goat cheese, yogurt, bananas or blueberry muffins. Pair with white wine.
Raw Honey is unfiltered & harvested in micro-batches that retain all of the pollen, antioxidants & amino acids that are lost in large-scale produced honey. Raw honey will crystalize, to re-liquify, place the jar in warm water. Never microwave
Packaged in a glass jar. Limited quantities available.

TESTIMONIALS
“I bought some of your Durty Honey at the Maynard farmers market this summer and we love it!. I've tried a lot of honey over the years, my son is obsessed with buying different kinds. And I've never been blown away by one where I would drive to another town to get it. But honestly it is soooo good! We only opened it recently and the jar is almost empty. So I need to get more soon!"
