Tasting Notes: Raspberry honey has a fragrant scent and like other berry honeys, its often light amber in color. This honey is sweet, delicate and smooth with a subtle but definite berry taste. 
 
Pairings: Pairs well with vanilla ice cream, yogurt, chocolate and delicious in salad dressing (spinach salad). 
 
Raw Honey is unfiltered & harvested in micro-batches which retain all of the pollen, antioxidants & amino acids that are lost in large-scale produced honey. Raw honey will crystalize, to re-liquefy, place the jar in warm water. Never microwave.
